General Information
We are committed to producing healthy Cavalier King Charles Spaniels with a proper temperament. Our Cavaliers are raised in a environment promoting nutrition, exercise, socialization and veterinary care. Our Cavaliers are heart and eye tested yearly. We do preliminary hips and elbows at one year and final at two years. We have genetic testing done for Curly Coat, Dry Eye and Episodic Falling.
Huntcrest began in 1981 with the purchase of our first Labrador Retriever, Cajun. She introduced us to this wonderful breed and the world of dog shows. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to meet many fine people and dogs thru showing. We can’t imagine a life without dogs.
In 1999 we shared our home with our first Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rory, that has changed our lives and our world of dog showing.
Until recently all of our Cavaliers are the progeny of her. In 2023 David's Bella came into our home.
